Epoxy Concrete Floor Scarifier Machine To Remove Floor Paint
Floor scarifier, also called floor milling machine, or floor removal machine, is used to removing the floor surface coatings and making uneven surface.
HWS200 is made with high quality materials and advanced craftsmanship. It has two power sources for option: 9HP Honda Engine and 5.5KW Motor (380v, 3 phrase).

Application:
Scarifying, roughening, planing, leveling, smoothing, or creating grooves in concrete surfaces;
Removing paint or coatings, cleaning and preparing concrete surfaces prior to coating, re-coating, and floor covering installation.

Product Details
Drum, shaft, TCT cutters, spacer are high tensile strength, excellent anti-tigue capability, and superior welding performance;
The base of cutter is steel 42Crmo, heat treated by which way it is not easy to break down after getting strong shock from the floor. The tungsten carbide tip is primary cobalt, not the recycled one, which guarantees the long life.

Q:What is the working depth and working width of HWS200?
A: The working depth is 0-5mm, which also depends on the floor condition. The working width is 200mm.
Q: As the cutters on the drum are 78pcs, is it enough for milling floor?
A: Usually it is enough, most of our customers use 78pcs; If you think it is not enough, we could add to 96pcs.
Q: What is the lifetime of the TCT cutters?
A: To be honest, it is hard to give a data of lifetime. It is because the floor condition varies different.
